Policy

Thank you for being interested in booking with us. We are delighted to assist you!

• -There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your session. deposit goes towards full payment. (Headshots, Portraits, Family, Graduation). Event, Branding, Videos, Engagement & Wedding will vary.
• Proofs will be sent to you in 4-5 business days for viewing. 
• Please allow 5-10 business days for hi-retouch edits to be completed. 5-10 days start once you have picked your favorites.
• Does not include Studio. We do not own a studio. Separate booking required. 
• Can I get additional edits? Yes you can, additional edits are $15 each. With the max amount of photos being 10.
• Please allow 48 hours for cancellation otherwise full amount will be charged.
• 15 minute grace period, if time goes over 20 minutes additional $50 fee.
• No refunds after work has been performed and/or edited.
• We do NOT provide RAW images.
